What Actually Happens in a Session?
You + me + 60 minutes of grounded, zero-shame, nervous-system-friendly support.
Every session follows the spacious rhythm of my coaching model:
REGULATE → CLARIFY → ACT → RECOVER
Here’s how that looks in human terms:
- We regulate — untangling overwhelm, sensory overload, emotional spikes, or the vague feeling that someone’s Slack message has personally attacked you
- We clarify — what you actually need, want, or feel (beyond masking, people-pleasing, or RSD spirals)
- We act — turning spaghetti-brain into one doable next step, or building gentle systems that don’t feel like punishment
- We recover — creating space, boundaries, and nervous-system resets so you don’t burn out just from existing
Some days it’s problem-solving.
Some days it’s emotional regulation.
Some days it’s celebrating that you replied to an email you’ve been avoiding since the Roman Empire.
All of it is valid.
All of it is coaching.
Sessions are flexible, co-created, and customised to your brain — whether you’re a voice-memo thinker, a fast-talker, a long-pauser, or someone who arrives saying, “I don’t remember why I booked this, but my brain demanded it.”

How It Works
Booking a session with NeuroSpacious is designed to be as low-stress and clear as possible (because executive function overwhelm is not on the agenda).
Here’s how it flows:
- Book Your Slot
Choose an available time through the online calendar. That time will be reserved just for you for 48 hours — no pressure, no rush. - Check Your Inbox
You’ll receive:
- A quick intake form (zero essay questions, promise) – if you don’t feel comfortable, you can send me a video or an audio. Whatever makes you feel comfortable
- A friendly welcome email with everything you need to know
- Bank transfer details to finalise your booking
- Secure Your Session
Transfer the session fee within 48 hours. Once payment is received, you’ll get your private session link via email.
If payment isn’t made within 48 hours, your spot will be released back into the calendar.
Rescheduling & Cancellation
We know life happens — and sometimes the brain just says nope. Here’s our flexible, respectful policy:
- Reschedule up to 2 hours before your session → No fees, just pick a new time.
- Reschedule under 2 hours before → 50% fee applies; the other 50% will be refunded.
- Cancel with 48+ hours’ notice → Full refund.
- Cancel under 48 hours → Sorry, the session is non-refundable, but we can chat about future options.
