That’s NeuroSpacious Group Coaching:

What happens in a group coaching series?
Each group is themed (think: burnout recovery, masking & identity, sensory-friendly systems, time management for tired brains) and runs for a set number of weeks. You’ll get:
- Weekly 60 mins sessions
- A cosy, structured-but-flexible format: check-ins, topic exploration, breakout discussions, and practical takeaways
- Gentle accountability (we cheer you on, not chase you down)
- A private group chat or portal to share wins, questions, and memes between sessions
- Optional worksheets, visuals, or audio notes — because we support multiple processing styles
Who’s in the room?
Neurodivergent adults like you:
- Autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, dyslexic, apraxic — formally diagnosed or self-identified
- Working professionals, creatives, side-hustlers, and “I’m still figuring it out” types
- People who are tired of pretending and ready for community that actually makes room
There’s no fixing here. No “shoulds.” Just validation, strategies, and real talk with people who get it.
