How did I get here?

Before stepping into coaching, I spent nearly a decade as a leader in the business world. In that time, I learned that the true power of leadership doesn’t come from control — it comes from connection, clarity, and support. I saw how good coaching could unlock potential and transform how people show up, both professionally and personally.
When I received my ADHD diagnosis later in life, it was like the missing puzzle piece — followed, as many experience, by a period of grief. But once that wave passed, I made a decision: to turn this insight into something good. Something that could help others feel less alone, more empowered, and fully seen.
I chose the name NeuroSpacious because that’s what I craved most: space. Space to think in spirals, not straight lines. Space to rest without guilt. Space to be fully, unapologetically myself. This coaching practice was born from that need — and now it’s here to help you create that space in your own life, too.
My Coaching Philosophy
Your brain isn’t broken — it’s brilliant and misunderstood.
Productivity isn’t about doing more; it’s about doing what matters.
You don’t need more pressure — you need more permission.
You’re not lazy — your nervous system is doing its best.
Coaching should be collaborative, not prescriptive.
