FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions
🧠 What is neurodivergent coaching?
Neurodivergent coaching is a supportive space designed for people whose brains work differently—like ADHD, autism, AuDHD, dyslexia, apraxia, and beyond. It’s not therapy or advice-giving. It’s collaborative, non-judgmental, and focused on helping you build systems and strategies that actually work for your brain.
💬 What do we talk about in a coaching session?
Anything that’s feeling messy, unclear, or hard to manage—like executive dysfunction, work overwhelm, burnout, masking, time management, emotional regulation, or setting boundaries. You set the focus, and we explore it together. It’s a mix of practical problem-solving and reflective space-holding.
📅 How often do we meet?
Most clients start with biweekly sessions, but we can adjust based on your needs, bandwidth, and goals. Some people prefer weekly for structure, others prefer monthly for reflection time. There’s no one-size-fits-all—just what works for you.
🖥️ Are sessions online or in person?
All sessions are held online via Zoom/Teams for accessibility and flexibility. You can join with your camera on or off, and I’ll always check in with what feels most comfortable for you.
🧾 How much does it cost?
I offer a few different coaching packages and payment plans to suit different budgets. You can view them on the Coaching Services page, or we can talk about options during your free Clarity Call.
💡 What’s a Clarity Call?
It’s a free 30-minute chat to see if coaching feels like a good fit. There’s no pressure to commit—just a calm, low-stakes conversation where you can ask questions, share what’s on your mind, and get a sense of how I work.
✨ Do I need a diagnosis to work with you?
No diagnosis is required. If you self-identify as neurodivergent—or simply feel that traditional approaches haven’t worked for you—that’s more than enough. With years of experience coaching both neurodivergent and neurotypical professionals, I focus on supporting you as an individual. Whether your challenges are related to a diagnosis, self-perception, or just how your brain works, I’m here to help you navigate them in a way that makes sense for you.
🛑 What’s the difference between coaching and therapy?
Therapy focuses on healing past trauma or managing mental health diagnoses. Coaching is future-focused and practical—it’s about helping you move forward with more clarity, structure, and self-understanding. Coaching can complement therapy but doesn’t replace it.
💌 I’m not sure if coaching is right for me…
That’s totally okay! The Clarity Call is designed for exactly that. You’re not expected to be certain—just curious. We can talk it through together and see what feels right for you.
